Based on the Dutch Caribbean island of St Eustatius, Twizzle is pulling listeners with his reality rap and soft current of melodies. Like a coastal breeze, his unique voice drifts through rhythm and rhyme. His music is often compared to Krayzie Bone in style; a smooth island vibe with nothing too flashy, just laid-back beats.

In the late 1990s, Twizzle first gained his interest in rapping through the influence of artists like Tupac and Biggie. With a second love for basketball, he continued to explore both his passions. In 2009, he decided to take music serious by creating songs of his own under his independent label Darkside Muzik. He appreciates the storytelling element in songwriting, and brings his Caribbean flow into his vocals. Self-taught in mixing, recording, web-design and videography, he has lent his talents to small collaborations with other local and international artists and producers. With over a decade of experience making music, he gets his ideas and inspiration from life experiences and different situations he encountered, which makes his music very relatable. His spiritual side is evident in the words he speaks, revealing a deep faith in The Most High.

As an artist/entrepreneur he’s making smart career moves, staying focused on global branding, licensing, and networking with professional DJs and tastemakers in the industry. His determined character, business mindset, and musical delivery are what sets Twizzle apart from other artists..
